The Cottage adjoins the owner’s home set within its own 400 year old wall, where you will have sole use of the outdoor heated swimming pool, (subject to times). Nearby there are lots of National Trust properties to visit, coastal paths to walk, Paignton Zoo, or take the Steam Railway to Dartmouth or have fun at the local Water Park. The historic town of Totnes and the River Dart is only 4 miles away. Whilst supermarkets are nearby our local farm shops provide lots of local produced supplies. Local pubs are a few miles up or down the road.
